How long does delivery usually

Can I use your online shopping

internet connection and a valid payment card can buy online provided their

How can I pay for my online order?
You can pay using most major

If your payment card is in
another currency your payment will be converted from sterling into your
currency by your card company when they process the transaction.
Our website currency converter
can give you an approximate currency value, but please remember that exchange
rates are continually moving and it will be the rate at the time your payment
is processed by your card company which will apply.

Can I have my internet order
delivered to an address other than my card billing address?
Yes provided that it is in the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or the Scottish Islands you can ask for
your order to be delivered anywhere you wish. As all our shipments need
to be signed for we often ship to places of work, neighbours, relatives and
friends, to avoid unnecessary delays in delivery.
When you place your order online
you will be asked for your card billing address and if different the address to
which you want your order delivered. Please note that we do not accept
orders which originate from or are for delivery to a post office box number.

How do I know you have
received my online order?
Once your online payment has been
processed you will see an order acknowledgement screen showing your order
number. Please print this off for future reference.
You will also receive an e-mail
confirmation that your order has been received.

Can I change or cancel my online
order after I have placed it?
Yes you can. If you amend or cancel
your online order before we have dispatched it we will refund any amount due to
your payment card on the next working day.
If you want to amend or cancel
your order after we have dispatched it, the Distance Selling Regulations
entitle you to cancel all or part of your order by emailing us via orders@minibikepro.com quoting your order number up to seven working days after your order has
been delivered without giving us a reason.
If you wish to exercise this
right, the items concerned must be returned to us promptly unused and undamaged.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring that any items
returned are received by us unused and undamaged. Once we have received your
returned items and are satisfied they are unused and undamaged we will process
a refund to your card.
We want you to be happy with what
you buy from us, so if you want to return or exchange items after this period
please contact us. Provided you bear the cost of return shipping and any items
returned are received by us unused and undamaged we are usually willing,
subject to a handling charge, to exchange or give a refund on items which are
still in our current product range. You should contact us before returning any
item for exchange or refund as we do not give refunds on or exchange items if

What happens if you are out of
stock of any of the items I have ordered?
We try to keep enough stock to
prevent this happening, but sometimes we underestimate the demand for our
products. If any part of your order is out of stock, we will usually dispatch
the items we have in stock without delay.
Exceptionally we may delay
dispatch for up to five working days to enable all items to be delivered as one
consignment. When we do this we will try to notify you of the expected
delivery date using the contact details submitted on your order.
If we cannot send out any part of
your order within five working days we will contact you to let you know and
will not delay delivery of the items which are in stock.
We will try to give you a date
when any out of stock items are expected to be available. You can choose to
wait until stock becomes available, to change your order for an alternative
product if one is available or to cancel these items from your order.
If you wish to cancel these items
from your order we will process a refund to your card the next working day. If
you take substitute items we will process any net refund or additional charge
the next working day.
Once we have replacement stock we
will usually try to check that you still require the item before we dispatch
it. After we send out your order the order cancellation procedures set out above

If we are unable to source
replacement stock we will notify you of this and will process any refund due to

We reserve the right to decline
any order placed with us whether placed online or otherwise. We would only expect
to do so in exceptional circumstances. If we decline an order we shall not be
bound to give a reason for our refusal.
The order acknowledgement screen
and email confirmation do not constitute contractual acceptance of the offer
made in your order nor do they constitute a waiver of our right to decline your
order.
If we decline your online order
we will notify you by email and will refund any payment made to your card on
the first working day following the day on which we send you that email.
If your order has been placed
offline we will notify you that we have declined your order and will not
proceed to process any details you have provided.

What happens if anything I buy
is damaged in transit or proves defective?
If any item delivered to you is
damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange
for a replacement to be sent to you. We will usually try to send this out to you
on our next working day, but if there is likely to be any delay we will try to
let you know.
For damaged items we will need
details of the purchase date and the nature of the damage, so that we can claim
against our carriers. In most cases of damage we will ask you to return the
item so we can deal with that claim. We will give you details of how the item
may be shipped back to us at our expense.
If any item we supply to you is
defective we will replace it free of charge or refund its original cost, provided
any defect is neither the result of normal wear and tear nor a result of you
misusing it. If you have an item which you consider defective please contact
us to discuss its replacement or a refund. We will need details of the
purchase date and the nature of the defect. We reserve the right to ask you to
return the item at your expense for technical evaluation before we replace it
or give a refund. If our technical evaluation confirms that the defect is not
a result of fair wear and tear or misuse by you we will refund the return
shipping costs.
Where we are able to agree a
refund or replacement in advance we may still ask you to return the item for
technical evaluation. If we do we will give you details of how the item may be
shipped back to us at our expense.
Refunds for defective items will
include any related delivery costs if it was delivered outside our free UK delivery area. If you used a payment card for your purchase your refund will be made to
this card, otherwise it will be made by bank transfer. We will bear all the
bank charges on any refund paid by bank transfer.
If exceptionally we must pay your
refund by cheque, we will add an amount to cover charges deducted by your bank
for collection.
